GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
(1) These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through the online shop [Name and URL].
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order.
(3) The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Products & Print-on-Demand
(1) All products are made using print-on-demand production by the external fulfillment provider Printful.
(2) Color deviations between screen display and the actual product may occur and do not constitute a defect.
5. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices include statutory VAT.
(2) The following payment methods are available:

(3) Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
6. Shipping & Delivery
(1) Worldwide shipping is carried out by the fulfillment provider Printful.
(2) Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
(3) Production generally takes 2–7 business days; shipping time depends on the destination country.
(4) Delays caused by Printful or shipping carriers are beyond our control.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
(2) Exclusion of withdrawal: Since all products are custom-made after the order is placed (print-on-demand), they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under § 312g(2) No. 1 BGB, unless there are manufacturing errors or damages.
(3) If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and include a photo of the issue.
9. Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For production or printing errors attributable to Printful, a replacement or refund will be provided.
10. Liability
(1) We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
(2) For other damages, we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) For delays or errors caused by Printful, we assume only the legally required liability.
11. Copyright
All designs, graphics, and content in the shop are protected by copyright and may not be used or reproduced without express permission.
12. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
13. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
Order & Return Information
After you complete your purchase, your order goes into production and fulfillment immediately.
Returns are not possible due to the custom-made nature of print-on-demand products.
Please contact me if you experience any issues with your order.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your customer (if applicable).
